Whether you’re a seasoned gamer or beginner, you will have fun with this game. We played with a group ranging 10-44 and everyone enjoyed it.

I played this game with my husband; we used the 2 players mode of the instructions. Understanding the instructions at first took a couple of tries before it clicked. The game overall is a good time, I can see the appeal for larger groups, since you have to negotiate and bluff for your deal to be picked. The setup is very quick, since all the cards are in one big deck, however, it is less exciting with just two people. I bet with a larger group the game would be more repayable.

I grew up listening to Planet Money and only revisited it as an adult a few months ago. I binged the episodes and finally got to the original “Planet Money Makes a Board Game” episodes. I mentioned it in passing once to my family, and somehow ended up with the finished product only a few days after my birthday! I went through the heart-wrenching moment when the name “Sell Me a Sasquatch” was sidelined, but am elated to find it made it through! You only missed one important creature… Tactisquatch.

Like most Exploding Kittens games, it is quick and easy to learn how to play. It's sort of like playing Go Fish with gambling included. I tried the 2 person version, and wasn't super excited about it. I also prefer games with more skill and less luck.
I think that it would be a lot more fun to play with a big group and have the additional aspect of having a lot of players to choose from. This would also be more like real life and the car dealer aspect that the game is trying to teach. You are typically going to have a lot more than one dealership to choose from. I think this could be a good way to introduce an aspect of economics in a high school. It's certainly going to be more interesting than a dry econ text book.
